We'll help you learn the do's and don'ts -

• Turn on all interior lights, even during the day, and exterior lights at night
• Open all doors inside the home, except closets
• Keep curtains, drapes and shades open
• Make the temperature comfortable
• Keep pets away or in a separate area, and change litter boxes daily
• Make sure anything personal is put away
• Touch up the home so it's neat and tidy
• Did you bake cookies?
• Fresh cut flowers are a nice touch, too!
