We will -

• Manage your sale throughout the closing process
• Open escrow and help handle any title issues
• Act as liaison to your relocation company, when applicable - specially trained and certified for relocation and 3rd party transactions
• Assist with meeting HOA requirements, document collection and delivery
• Ensure contract deadlines are met and buyer preforms
• Ensure proper disclosures are made and help protect you from liability
• Coordinate with buyer's agent, appraisers, inspectors, etc
• Negotiate and coordinate repairs
• Facilitate closing activities
• Assist with transfer of possession to buyer
